Abstract：LiNiPO4with olivine phosphates has shown various advantages in terms of stability, high theoretical capacity low-cost raw material,safety and high redox potential.So attract more and more researchers attention.This work expounds the LiNiPO4cathode material,and And sum up the preparation methods and modification research of LiNiPO 4material.At the same time,made a brief discussion to high voltage electrolyte.At present,the intercalation and de-in-tercalation mec-hanism of LiNiPO4,the improvement of electric conductivity and high voltage e-lectrolyte has mature technology,and need more research and exploration.If we can solve all the problems,LiNiPO4material will be the most potential cathode materials with high energy density and high voltage platform.
