Abstract：In this paper,the low charging and discharging efficiency,large self -discharge and the inability to charge and discharge large current of bag-type iron and nickel batteries are discussed. We take depth study on battery assembly structure of positive and negative pole pulping plate.By adding direct exhaust plastic separators between the positive and negative poles,controlling the electrode group tightness and the battery tightness,the cycle life and other electrical properties of the pulping type nickel iron battery are effectively improved,and the operation and maintenance cycle of the battery is extended.
