Abstract：The factors affecting cycle life of lithium ion battery were outlined. The major factors affecting cycle life are the structure of active materials, strengtheness of binder and the capacity ratio of cathode and anode. The reasons of affection were given. The measures of improving cycle life of lithium ion battery were suggested.
