Abstract：Ni/Cd sealed battery actuality in china were studied. Knowledge about battery leakage problem were elaborated. The cause of battery leakage, distortion and detonation were analyzed. Improve measure and suggestion were put up according to charging generator and battery unmatching in practice. By improving charging generator and battery performance, charging generator and battery matching problem were well solved.
