Abstract：The influence of charge rate, charged capacity and discharge rate on the initial performances and lC cycle life of QNY1.2 battery are investigated. A reasonable and fast formation regime is developed. i.e. 1st charge at 0.5C5 A, 2 hours, pause 30 minute, discharge at 1C5 A; 2nd charge 0.5C5 A 2 hour 50 minute, pause 30 minute, dischare at 1 C5 A.
