Abstract：This paper elaborated the mixing process and explained the speciality of mixing and dispersing with mixing theory according to the peculiarity of producing polymer Lithium-ion battery. It is put forward that there is an academic and practical feasibihty to produce Lithium-ion battery with the new type planetary double high-speed disperse mixer. The new type mixer was developed successfey and was applied to production.
