Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of non-opioid drugs for perioperative preventive analgesia in cancer patients. Methods The subject term search of PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science, and Embase was used for the randomized controlled study of postoperative non-opioid pain in cancer patients from the time of establishment to March 7,2023.The extracted data were analyzed and Egger's test. Results A total of 9 articles were included, covering 4 classes of non-opioids,including antidepressants, anticonvulsants, corticosteroids, and lidocaine.Compared with the control group, the preoperative use of various non-opioids reduced the postoperative morphine dosage, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In breast cancer surgery, the morphine consumption in the antidepressant intervention group(venlafaxine)was reduced compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Preoperative use of non-opioid drugs improved postoperative pain, and anticonvulsants decreased postoperative pain scores statistically significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine can reduce postoperative opioid consumption when used for preventive analgesia in breast cancer surgery, and pregabalin can reduce postoperative pain scores when used for preventive analgesia in various types of cancer surgeries.
