Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral hemodynamic indicators and amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram(aEEG)parameters and the neurobehavioral development of preterm infants with brain injury(BIPI).Methods A total of 218 children with BIPI admitted to Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects, including 116 males and 102 females.According to the assessment results of the overall motor quality of the children at 1 month of age, they were divided into normal neurobehavioral development(n=150)and abnormal neurobehavioral development(n=68).The cerebral hemodynamic indicators and aEEG parameters of the children 3 days after birth were sorted out,and the relationship between the cerebral hemodynamic indicators and aEEG parameters and the abnormal neurobehavioral development of children with BIPI was analyzed. Results Gestational age<32 weeks, severe brain injury,end-diastolic velocity of blood flow(Vd)value obtained, lower peak systolic velocity(PSV)value, and lower Burdjalov score are all risk factors affecting abnormal neurobehavioral development in children with BIPI(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted. The results showed that the combined prediction of Vd value,PSV value and Burdjalov score for neurobehavioral developmental abnormalities in children with BIPI had a relatively high predictive value. Conclusion Gestational age<32 weeks, severe brain injury, low Vd value, low PSV value and low Burdjalov score are all risk factors affecting abnormal neurobehavioral development in children with BIPI.The combination of cerebral hemodynamic indicators and aEEG parameters has certain value in predicting the neurobehavioral development of children with BIPI.
