Study on the analysis of risk factors for aortic dissection

Abstract：Objective To investigate the risk factors for aortic dissection(AD).Methods A total of 224 AD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected,including 155 males and 69 females,aged(61.33±13.15)years old,ranging from 41 to 82 years old.According to the type of AD,the patients were divided into group A(n=89)with Stanford type A AD and group B(n=135)with Stanford type B AD.At the same time,80 healthy volunteers with age and gender matched AD patients and excluded AD disease were selected as group C.Clinical data,past medical history,and routine laboratory examination indexes were collected and the risk factors related to AD were analyzed.Results Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that high blood uric acid concentration and hypertension were independent risk factors for AD.Conclusion High uric acid concentration and hypertension were independent risk factors for AD.
