Abstract:Objective To explore the expression levels of cancer leucine zipper down regulation factor 1(LDOC1)and guanine nucleotide-binding protein-like 3-like protein(GNL3L)in breast cancer tissues and analyze their relationship with clinical features and lymph node metastasis. Methods A total of 98 patients with breast cancer admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.Cancer tissues and corresponding paracancer tissues were collected as the breast cancer group(n=98)and paracancer group(n=98),respectively.All patients were female,aged(47.47±8.29)years old, ranging in age from 28 to 58 years old.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LDOC1 and GNL3L in cancer tissues and corresponding paracancer tissues. The relationship between LDOC1 and GNL3L expression and clinical features was analyzed.Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between LDOC1 and GNL3L in cancer tissues.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Results The positive expression rate of LDOC1[26.5%(26/98)]in breast cancer group was lower than that in paracancerous group[65.3%(64/98)],and the positive expression rate of GNL3L[70.4%(69/98)]was higher than that in paracancerous group[38.8%(38/98)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that LDOC1 was negatively correlated with GNL3L in breast cancer tissues(r=-0.635,P<0.001).The proportion of highly differentiated patients[76.9%(20/26)]in LDOC1-positive patients was higher than that in LDOC1-negative patients[44.4%(32/72)],and the proportion of poorly differentiated patients[56.5%(39/69)]in GNL3L-positive patients was higher than that in GNL3L-negative patients[24.1%(7/29)],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that low differentiation, negative LDOC1 and positive GNL3L were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion LDOC1 and GNL3L are low expression and high expression, respectively.Low differentiation, negative LDOC1 and positive GNL3L are independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients.
