Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injured after training in young men. Methods A total of 125 young men with knee ACL injury and arthroscopic ACL reconstruction were selected from January 2018 to January 2022 as the study objects.Patients were divided into rapid rehabilitation group(n=59,based on the traditional rehabilitation program)and traditional rehabilitation group(n=66,based on the traditional rehabilitation program)according to the different perioperative rehabilitation programs. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by recording the Lysholm score, international knee documentation committee(IKDC)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score before surgery and 3,6 and 12 months after surgery. Results Lysholm score and IKDC score in the rapid rehabilitation group were better than those in the traditional rehabilitation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Lysholm score and IKDC score between the two groups at 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 3,6 and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation program can accelerate the recovery of knee function in young men after ACL reconstruction.
