Abstract:Objective To analyze the related factors of intraoperative acquired pressure injury(IAPI) in patients with brain tumors, and to propose countermeasures. Methods A total of 36 patients who developed IAPI during brain tumor resection from April 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and set as the IAPI group, and 164 patients who did not develop IAPI during the same period were selected as the non-IAPI group. The general and clinical data of the two groups were collected for univariate analysis to screen out the possible influencing factors of IAPI in brain tumor patients, and the independent influencing factors were identified by Logistic multivariate regression analysis. Results Among the 36 patients with IAPI brain tumor,58 places were crushed,of which 24 cases (41.4%),20 cases (34.5%) on the forehead and 14 cases (24.1%) on the chest were common. There were 20 cases of stage Ⅰ(55.5%),12 cases of stage Ⅱ(33.3%),and 4 cases of stage Ⅲ(11.2%). Operative time, preoperative fasting time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative body temperature, skin type at pressure point and preoperative albumin were all related factors for IAPI in patients with brain tumor (P<0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of IAPI in patients with brain tumor is related to operative time, fasting time before operation, blood loss during operation, body temperature, skin type at pressure point, preoperative albumin and other factors, and clinical prevention measures can be formulated accordingly.
