Abstract:Objective To analyze the factors related to the long-term prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer (EC). Method A retrospective analysis was conducted to select 176 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 as the study objects. The patients were divided into two groups based on the prognosis 5 years after surgery. They were divided into the good prognosis group (n=148) and the poor prognosis group (n=28). Univariate analysis was performed on factors including, pathological type, pathological stage, lymph node metastasis.Factors with statistical significance were included in Logistic regression analysis. Results The proportion of patients in the poor prognosis group with age≥60 years old, menopause, depth of muscle invasion≥1/2,non-estrogen-dependent, pathological stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the good prognosis group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that myographic infiltration depth≥1/2,non-estrogen-dependent,and pathological stage Ⅲ were the factors affecting the long-term prognosis of EC patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Deep infiltration of muscle layer,non-estrogen-dependent type and pathological stage Ⅲ are the factors influencing the long term prognosis of EC patients.
