Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application effectiveness of 5G+ ambulances in pre-hospital emergency rescue. Methods A prospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 200 critically ill patients transported by ambulances to the Emergency Department of Shenzhen University General Hospital from September 2021 to May 2023. Among them,100 patients transported by 5G+ ambulances were enrolled in the observation group, and 100 patients transported by regular ambulances were enrolled in the control group. The study compared the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis,in-hospital response time, time to start treatment, duration of emergency treatment, treatment success rate, and patient survival rate between the two groups. Results The in-hospital response time and the start time of treatment in 5G group were shorter than those in the general group, and the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis was higher than that in the general group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment success rate, survival rate and first aid time between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of 5G+ ambulances in pre-hospital emergency rescue effectively improves the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis and reduces in-hospital response time and time to start treatment.
