Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of hysteroscopic shaving system in treating benign uterine diseases. Methods A total of 80 patients with benign uterine diseases admitted from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the subjects and divided into electrotomy group(n=40,hysteroscopic electrotomy)and shaving group(n=40,hysteroscopic shaving system)by different surgical methods. The surgical status, postoperative recovery condition, blood biochemical indicatorsbefore and after the surgery and occurrence of postoperative complicationswere compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the surgical time and recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume and dosage of dilation fluid in shaving group were less than those in electrotomy group(P<0.05).The normal menstruation recovery time in shaving group was significantly shorter than that in electrotomy group, and the menstrual volume was significantly less than that in electrotomy group, and the endometrial thickness during ovulation was significantly thinner than that in electrotomy group(P<0.05).The levels of fibrinogen,K+ and hemoglobin after surgery were lower in shaving group than those in electrotomy group, while the level of Na+ was higher than that in electrotomy group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in shaving group(5.0%)was significantly lower than that in electrotomy group(20.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic shaving system for benign uterine diseases can reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume and dilation fluid dosage, and it is conducive to postoperative recovery and has high safety.
