Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) combined with the retrograde saphenous artery island flap transfer in the treatment of the wound surface of the knee joint.MethodsA retrospective study was performed on20 cases of patients who were admitted and underwent VSD combined with the retrograde saphenous artery island flap transfer in the treatment of the wound surface of the knee joint.Clinical useⅠperiod VSD, Ⅱperiod combined with retrograde saphenous artery island flap transfer comprehensive treatment for closed wound. To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients. Results The knee wounds of 20 patients were repaired by the reverse island flap of the saphenous artery.During the 6-month follow-up, 2 patients had slight pain when loading the knee joint, while the rest did not show obvious joint dysfunction, joint disorders and other conditions affecting lower limb activities.ConclusionVSD can promote the growth of knee wound granulation, reduce bacterial colonization, maintain a moist environment, prevent further bone exposure and necrosis, combined with the retrograde island flap of the saphenous artery, the knee wound can be closed completely, the postoperative joint activity is normal, improve the quality of life of patients, and the curative effect is satisfactory.
