Abstract:Objective To study the treatment effect of 3D-fixation of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Collected in July 2014 to October 2015,using three-dimensional fixed idea to treament fresh acromioclavicular joint dislocation of patients in 11 cases.Using anchors to rebuild the acromioclavicular ligament intraoperative, including the acromioclavicular ligament, the trapezoid ligament and the conoid ligament, maintaining the stability of acromioclavicular joints in the horizontal and vertical direction.Using Karlsson and acromioclavicular joint dislocation grading system to evaluate the effect of postoperative. Results All patients were followed up,the follow-up time is 3 to 11 months,an average of 8 months.Karlsson score:9 cases in excellent,1 case in good, and poor in 1 case, fine rate:90.9%.Postoperative coracoclavicular distances:(7.8±1.5)mm,compared with the contralateral[(7.6±1.0)mm]no statistical difference(P> 0.05),there were no dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint,no fracture of distal clavicle, acromion and coracoid. Conclusion Three-dimensional fixed ideas close to anatomical reconstruction treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation,in line with the principle of biological fixation, small trauma, good recovery of shoulder joint function,is a new concept for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
