Diagnosis and treatment of 3 cases of pulmonary thromboembolism

Abstract：Objective To investigate the characteristics of 3 cases of pulmonary thromboembolism( PTE) and to explore the factors of thrombosis and treatments with standardization and individualization. Methods Clinical data of 3 special cases of PTE were analyzed retrospectively and relevant literature were reviewed. Results Three patients have different special complications,including high blood pressure,renal insufficiency,atrial fibrillation,subclinical hypothyroidism,psoriasis com-bined PTE,autoimmune hemolytic anemia combined PTE,pulmonary cryptococcosis combined PTE,patients were given oral anticoagulant drugs included rivaroxaban,warfarin and dabigatran etexilate capsules,3 cases were cured. Conclusion Indi-vidualized and rationalized treatment in PTE patients can improve survival rate.
