Abstract:Objective To observe the gamma stereotactic radiotherapy combined with sophora flavescens injection in pan-creatic carcinoma. Methods A total of 68 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who were admitted from April 2013 to April 2015. Patients were divided into the radiotherapy group(n=34)and the combination therapy group(n=34). Patients in the radiotherapy group received gamma stereotactic radiotherapy, and the others in the combination therapy group were given sophora flavescens injection combined with gamma stereotactic radiotherapy. The treatment effect, life quality and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total curative rate in the combination therapy group was 67. 6%,which was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group(47. 1%),the difference be-tween the two groups has statistical significance(P<0. 05). The life quality improved rate in combination therapy group was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group ( P<0. 05 );the adverse reaction rate in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the radiotherapy group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Gamma stereotactic radiotherapy combined with sophora flavescens injection in pancreatic carcinoma has obvious effect, can efficiently improve survival rate and life quality, with less adverse reaction, higher feasibility, which is worth clinical promotion.
