Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocal(NGAL),kidney injury mole-cule-1(Kim-1),heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in rabbit at different time points after traumatic shock were studied to ex-plore their possible role. Methods A total of 30 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group,0 hour model group,6 hours model group,12 hours model group and 24 hours model group. ELISA,Western blot and Real-time PCR were used to detect the change and expression of NGAL,Kim-1,HSP70 and their mRNA in blood, urine and nephridial tissue. Results Compared with control group, the expression of NGAL,Kim-1 and HSP70 in blood and urine 6 hours increased after the traumatic shock, and then recovered at 24 hours, was still in the high expression(P<0. 05). The expression of NGAL,Kim-1 and HSP70 tissues and mRNA expression in nephridial tissue of modeling groups of rabbits were also significantly elevated, and reached the highest in 6 hours ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Kim-1 and HSP70 are related to the occurrence and development NGAL of kidney injury in traumatic shock;monitoring the change of NGAL,Kim - 1,and HSP70 in blood, urine and nephridial tissue will help to the carry out judgment and treatment of kidney injury in traumatic shock.
