Abstract：Objective To design and apply the military training injury questionnaire,to investigate and analyze the military training injury occurrence in grass-roots units,in order to reduce the military training injury and to provide scientific advice and reasonable basis. Methods Using self-designed military training injury questionnaire, to investigate and analyze the military training injury in 12 grass-roots units. Results This questionnaire preliminary reflected the occurrence status of grass-roots unit military training injury, the content of the questionnaire and investigation process was still imperfection, which needed to be modified. Conclusion The military training injury has high probability,and should be taken positive and effective measures to prevent. This questionnaire can well reflect the occurrence status of military training injury,which can be better applied after modified.
