Abstract：In recent years,the sudden explosion of frequent terrorist attacks,the mass burn disaster as a special form of acute trauma has become an urgent problem in today′s society. In August 2016,the “transport scheme in severe burn patients (2016 Edition)” was firstly published on Chinese Journal of Burns. In November 2016,the guide was transmitted,the un-derstanding was written by the relative experts,focusing on the clinical diagnosis and treatment make a relative help and ref-erence.
