Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of protein C,NT-ProBNP and APACHE Ⅱ score in heat stroke patients. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 48 patients with heat stroke received in The General Hospital of Sheny-ang Military Command from January 2012 to August 2016. Patients were divided into the low score group and the high score group due to APACHE Ⅱ score. Correlation in protein C,NT-ProBNP and APACHE Ⅱ score in the two groups was com-pared and analyzed. Results Protein C level and NT-ProBNP in the low score group were significantly higher and lower than those in the high score group,respectively(P<0. 01). There was significantly negative correlation between protein C and APACHE Ⅱ score(P<0. 01)and positive correlation between NT-ProBNP and APACHE Ⅱ score(P<0. 01). Con-clusion There is close correlation among protein C,NT-ProBNP and APACHEⅡscore in patients with heat stroke, which has progressive evaluation and outcome indicators, can provide new thinking for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
