Comparative Observational Study of 2 Kinds of Esophageal Anastomotic Fistula Treatment in Esophagus Cancer Patients

Abstract：Objective To study the therapeutic of 24 cases of anastomotic leakage in post-esophagogastrectomy.Methods 24 cases of esophageal anastomotic fistula were retrospectively analyzed.14 cases of anastomotic leak were treated by the traditional methods which fasting,keeping chest tube patency and nutritional support was given.10 cases of anastomotic fis-tula were treated with the 0.9%NaCl continuous irrigation method which fasting,keeping chest tube patency and nutritional support was also given at the same time.Results In the first phase 6 of 14 cases of anastomotic fistula died,mortality rate was 42%.In the second phase,no deaths occurred in 10 cases of anastomotic leakage.Conclusion 0.9% NaCl fistula continuous irrigation method can improve the cure rate of esophageal anastomotic leak in esophagus cancer patients.
