Early Systematical Rehabilitaion Training after Total Knee Replacement

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of early rehabilitation training in coordination with CPM on knee functional re-covery after total knee replacement.Methods The total knee surface replacements were applied to 40 patients with osteoar-thritis who were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment Group (TG)and Control Group (CG).The patients in TG took systematical rehabilitation training coordinated with CPM,whereas the patients in CG took CPM only.Results The TG scored higher in HSS scoring and got a bigger range-of-motion than CG (P<0.05 )after follow-up for 6 months.Conclu-sion Post-operation systematical rehabilitation training coordinating with CPMis an efficient method to improve post-opera-tion recovery .
