Several key issues to improve surgery quality for intertrochanteric fractures

Abstract：As China enters an aging society,the incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is increasing annually.Surgical treatment is the best option and has always been a focus and hot topic in orthopedic trauma.This manuscript draws on the author's own clinical experience and worldwide literature and guidelines to conduct a retro-spective analysis on the surgical efficacy of intertrochanteric fractures and related influencing factors,such as bone quality,fracture classification,fracture reduction,internal fixator selection,surgical techniques,and perioperative management.It aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of such fractures and to improve the management outcomes.
