Abstract：Neck trauma carries a high mortality risk due to the inherent complexity of its anatomical struc-tures.Airway injuries,among the most critical complications of neck trauma,constitute a major risk factor for early mortality.Consequently,prompt and effective airway management is paramount for successful rescue.Multidiscipli-nary team cooperation enhances the success rate of managing difficult airways in neck trauma patients and reduces associated complications.Within this collaborative framework,the medical staff of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery plays a key role in managing the airway and reconstructing laryngeal function.Accordingly,this manu-script reviews the mechanisms of airway injuries in neck trauma,airway management techniques,and perioperative airway management strategies,aiming to offer practical insights for clinicians.
