Abstract：Rapid and massive fluid resuscitation and blood transfusion are required in the rescue of patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS).The warming and pressurization equipment is an important positive factor affecting the treatment effects,which improves the rescue success rate of THS patients.This manuscript reviews the research progress of rapid fluid resuscitation equipment from the aspects of pressurization technical equipment,fluid rewarming methods and effects,etc.,meanwhile,to analyze the recent deficiencies.With the development of artifi-cial intelligence technology,intelligent,automated and compact-sized rapid warming transfusion devices are the future direction,which would play a greater role in improving the success rate of THS management.
