Abstract：Traumatic cardiac arrest(TCA)is the leading cause of early death among trauma patients and is generally regarded as having an extremely poor prognosis.This paper reviews the epidemiological features,common causes,and resuscitation and prevention strategies of TCA.It is hoped to help emergency physicians identify TCA at an early stage and improve the rescue success rate,and provide guidance for the construction of trauma and resusci-tation centers.
