Abstract:Early diagnosis of blast-related mild traumatic brain injury(bmTBI)caused by explosive shock waves under short-term strong forces is challenging, with varying degrees of brain dysfunction in later stages.Multi-modal imaging refers to a new diagnostic method that integrates various imaging techniques, with continuous develop-ment,which is able to detect changes in the structure, function, and metabolism of the brain at an early stage, laying the foundation for the protection and treatment of head injuries under combat conditions. This paper reviews relevant foreign literature published in recent years and summarizes the application of several neuroimaging techniques in bmTBI.
