Abstract：Forward resuscitative surgery(FRS)is the professional surgical care source closest to the fron-tier of the battlefield after Tactical Combat Casualty Care.FRS plays the role of conducting life-saving resuscitative surgeries in prime time and is a core step to reducing the death rate of war injuries.Under the condition of delayed treatment in severe combat environments,FRS techniques need to be effective,feasible and economical.This article reviews the relevant worldwide literature in recent years,combines the author's relevant research to summarize the appropriate technical scope of FRS,and puts forward the realization path of FRS skills.
