Abstract:Traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS)is characterized by insufficient circulating blood volume and reduced perfusion of organic tissues.Lactic acid accumulates when cells transition from aerobic to anaerobic metabolism, which can ultimately lead to fatal outcomes.Fluid resuscitation is regarded as the primary treatment for THS.Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively summarize the current status of fluid resuscitation in traumatic hemorrhagic shock involving crystalloid solutions, colloid solutions, blood products, and other potential fluids for THS management,in order to provide evidence for clinical practice and scientific research.
