Abstract：The medical evacuation system plays a vital role in modern military operations.As the reform of the military system continues to deepen,the U.S.Army has hierarchized the medical evacuation forces to form a four-level wartime medical care system that combines internal and regional support.This article aims to comprehensively investigate the principle of institutionalization and modular support for the U.S.medical evacuation system and to an-alyze the hierarchized cooperative construction.It is hoped to inspire the improvement of our medical evacuation sys-tem,enhance military medical care,and optimize combat medical support.
