Treatment strategies of traumatic brain injury based on neuroprotection

Abstract：Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is an important global health problem,and there is still no effec-tive treatment.Researchers have been exploring effective treatment strategies for TBI,including drugs and surger-ies.Based on neuroprotection concept,this article reviewed drug development and clinical surgery treatment,ana-lyzed the advantages,limitations and prospects of treatment,aiming to provide valuable treatment ideas for clini-cians and researchers.
