Abstract：The air rescue platform by helicopters for war and civilian wounds is rapid,flexible and free from the restrictions of terrain,which thus has become an important force in emergency rescue in developed countries.Under the era of military innovation,the air rescue capability construction is explored in this article,which is de-signed to serve peacetime and wartime and relies on the PLA air search and rescue force.In the trauma care system in our country,the general aviation and civil aviation have the important advantages of no wartime emergency mobili-zation,simple approval procedures,wide distribution,and few constraints.Therefore,it is believed that air medical rescue under the mode of civil-military integration is more valuable,which will benefit the war and civilian wounded and improve the health service capability.
