Research hotspots and trends of emergency care of multiple injuries in China based on CiteSpace

Abstract:Objective By sorting out the research literature on emergency care of multiple injuries in China to analyze the research status,hotspots and trends,and to provide reference and guidance for further related re-search.Methods Literature on emergency care of multiple injuries from 2011 to 2021 was retrieved in China Na-tional Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.Then the annual publication volume,institutions,authors and keywords were analyzed by using CiteSpace 6.1.R3,a visualization software.Results Altogether 2,519 articles were included,with a peak in the year 2016.Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Tech-nology contributed to the most literature.The research hotspots of multiple injuries included pre-hospital care,nurs-ing of complications,risk factor analysis and prognostic effect evaluation.The frontier of this field included the diag-nosis,treatment,operations and nursing experience of different multiple injury groups.Conclusion By visually an-alyzing the hotspots and trends of emergency care of multiple injuries in China,this paper points out the problems ex-isting in current research and the direction of future studies,and provides guidance to further improve the healthcare and management systems for multiple injuries.
