Paying attention to technical points to improve the therapeutic quality of tibia shaft fractures

Abstract：Fracture of tibia shaft is common.Serious complications would sometimes happen,mainly due to unsuccessful treatment or lack of knowledge.In order to achieve better clinical therapeutic effects,we need to update the concept of treatment,continuously learn and summarize various safe surgical techniques.This article focuses on trauma assessment and treatment sequence of trauma,emphasizes that life-saving is more important than limbs pres-ervation,that the treatment of soft tissue injury is more important than reduction and fixation of fracture of shaft of tibia.Meanwhile,this study also briefly describes some technical points,such as appropriate remedies for compart-ment syndrome and some technical points for internal fixation of intramedullary nail.
