Emergency treatment of intestinal injury

Abstract：Missing or delayed diagnosis of intestinal injury such as ovarian,jejunum,ileum,colorectum is still common,which will increase the incidence and mortality of complications such as incision infection.Based on the injury mechanism and epidemiology of intestinal injury,this study describes the key intestinal injury assessment technologies including physical examination,focused assessment with sonography for trauma (FAST),abdominal X-ray,CT scan and abdominal exploration,and introduces the guidelines and techniques of emergency surgery for intestinal injury.
