Abstract：With more than ten years of development, spine endoscopic surgery has been widely launched in China.With main operative methods of endoscopic treatment for lumbar spine disease and trauma at home and abroad nowadays, this study analyzes the operation strategy in its clinical application according to the principle, anatomy, characteristics, indications, advantages and disadvantages of each technique, so that we can accurately select the right surgical method in clinical practice, and provide reference in spine endoscopic treatment for lumbar diseases and trauma.
