Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of the Segond fracture

Abstract：The Segond fracture is always accompanied with the injury of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) and meniscus.In recent years,more and more orthopedic surgeons begin to pay attention to this fracture in clinical work,and the main reason is that we would get missed diagnosis if we ignore the characteristics of the fracture itself.In this paper, the literature on the treatment and the diagnosis of the Segond fracture was reviewed, summarized and analyzed,in order to improve our understanding of the Segond fracture.
