Several key issues on the treatment of pancreatic trauma

Abstract：In the treatment of pancreatic trauma,several important issues should be paid attention to,including the judgment of pancreatic trauma site,methods to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis,grading of the injury and appropriate treatment to different grade of pancreatic injury.Not all kinds of pancreatic trauma need operation.In severe pancreatic trauma surgery,the exploration of the whole pancreas is very important.The bridge method can be used in the treatment of pancreatic duct transection,and the right searching skills to the pancreatic duct stump should be emphasized.
