The application of emergency damage control methods in different stage of severe abdominal traumatic shock

Abstract：Objective To identify the effect of emergency damage control methods in all -stage of severe abdominal traumatic shock .Methods The data of 86 cases with severe abdominal traumatic shock were retrospec-tive analysed in this study .Emergency damage control methods were done in different stage in these cases after inju -ry, including pre-hospital resuscitation and transport stage ,in-hospital advanced life support stage ,“life-saving” op-eration stage,ICU stage,planned re-operation stage,et al.Results 82 cases were saved after pre -operation emer-gency resuscitation and “life-saving” operations were done .2 cases died of bleeding in operation ,4 cases died of MOF after “life-saving” operation .76 cases survived .Conclusion Damage control methods used in different stage could have benefit for severe abdomen trauma shock patients .
