Abstract:Objective To compare the application effect flurbiprofen and lornoxicam in preemptive analge-sia for patients with articular cartilage injury . Methods Three-hundred articular cartilage injury patients treated with arthroscope technique from Jan .2013 to Jan.2016 were selected. They were divided into three groups according to the way of preemptive analgesia with 100 patients in each group .Group A was given flurbiprofen;group B was giv-en lornoxicam;and group C was blank control group .The visual analogue scale (VAS),postoperative VAS,additional oral taking of NSAIDs and the overall quality of analgesia were compared among the three groups .Results There was no significant difference in VAS during arthroscopic debridement among the three groups (P>0.05);the VAS of group A and B was lower than that of group C during microfracture surgery (P<0.05) while there was no signifi-cant difference between group A and B (P>0.05) .The VAS of group A and B was lower than that of group C at 1h,4h,8h and 24h after the surgery(P<0.05);the VAS of group A was lower than that of group B at 1h and 4h af-ter the surgery(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of group A and B was higher than that of group C (P<0.05) and there was no significant difference in excellent and good rate between group A and B ( P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with articular cartilage injury ,using flurbiprofen and lornoxicam for preemptive analgesia can relieve pain in arthroscope treatment of microfracture and the former is better in the early time of postoperative analgesia .
