Abstract：Supermicrosurgery is the new development of microsurgery ,which may lead to a more microscop-ic world.Hence it gives rise to many new surgical methods and techniques ,develops several new concepts ,and is new trends of microsurgery.This article will mainly focus on supermicrosurgery in three aspects:concept,advances, and advantages and disadvantages ,hoping to provide readers a clear knowledge of supermicrosurgery .
