Several problems about the prevention and treatment of wound infection

Abstract：Infection is a common complication after trauma ,and wound or wound tract is the main way of in-vasion in both exogenous and endogenous infection .In this paper ,the relationship between wound pathogens and mi-crobes in the environment ,the need of routine microbiological assay or culture during debridement for contaminated wounds,the principle of Grading Treatment and Time-effect Treatment in batch wounded ,the clinical transformation of wound novel anti-infective strategy ,the unified process of wound infection prevention of mass casualty ,the signifi-cance of dynamic monitoring and integrated control ,the prevention of sepsis following trauma are discussed .
