Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of the affinity of allogeneic bone to BMSCs of the rabbit after surface modification with polylysine. Methods The surface modification of the allogeneic bone was processed by the polylysine with lyophilization methods. The allogeneic bones whose surface was modificated were taken as the experimental group, and the others without modification were taken as the control group. The BMSCs was implanted onto the surface of the micropores in the bone allografts. The attachment and proliferation of BMSCs on the surface of the micropores in the bone allografts were observed with SEM and detected with MTT methods, and the activity of the ALP expressed by the osteoblast-induced BMSCs was also detected. Then, the results were compared. Results The attachment, proliferation and osteoblast-differentiation of BMSCs in the experimental group were much superi-or than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The affinity of the bone allografts to BMSCs can be sig-nificantly promoted after surface modification with polylysine.
