Curative effect analysis of the closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw and plate internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures

Abstract：Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effects of closed reduction and percutaneous can -nulated screw and plate internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures .Methods Ninety-two cases of ankle fractures admitted into our hospital from Jun .2012 to Feb.2014 with the treatment of closed reduction and percuta-neous cannulated screw and plate internal fixation , were selected as the research object according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria .Patients were followed up for 12 months after operation .The curative effect was evaluated according to the formulated score standard by American Orthopaedic Foot &Ankle Society .Results All the frac-tures were healed.Calculated from the follow-up data,there were 61 (66.3%) cases of excellent,29(31.5%) ca-ses of good,2(2.2%) cases of fair and 0 (0%) case of poor.The excellent and good rate was 97.8%and the cur-ative effect was good .Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw and plate internal fixationin the treatment of ankle fractures has the advantages of good effect , high excellent and good rate ,less trauma,low infection rate and wide acceptance among patients .It is worth of clinical promotion .
