Treatment methods for patients with severe traumatic hemorrhage:damage control resuscitation

Abstract:Damage control resuscitation (DCR) is a systemic therapy for severe traumatic hemorrhagic pa-tients,which starts in pre -hospital, continues through emergency room,operating room and the intensive care unit (ICU) and aims to reduce mortality,improve the physiological and social function and maximize the optimization of outcome through preventing and/or mitigating the deadly triad of hypothermia,acidosis and coagulopathy.In this ar-ticle,clinical research progress of DCR was comprehensively analyzed and permissive hypotension and massive trans-fusion protocol were reviewed as follows.
