Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of skin regeneration agent and moist exposed burn ointment ( MEBO) on analgesia and anti-inflammation in burned patients. Methods A total of 96 cases of moderately burn-ed patients from Aug.2012 to Apr.2014 in our department were randomly divided into study group and control group with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with traditional method combined with skin re-generation agent and those in the control group were treated with MEBO.Conditions of pain and changes of inflam-matory factors and effects in the two groups before ointment usage,3 days after usage and 7 days after usage were compared. Results The differences of the VAS score,CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-6 between the study group and the control group before treatment were not significant( P>0.05);the values of CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10,IL-6 three days after treatment were lower than the control group but the difference was not significant ( P<0.05 );the VAS score three days after treatment and VAS score, values of CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10,IL-6 seven days after treat-ment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin regeneration agent has better clinical effect than MEBO in relieving pains and inflammation for burned patients.
