Study progress of acute traumatic coagulopathy

Abstract：Acute traumatic coagulopathy is one of severe complications which has high incidence , high death rate and easily progresses into multiple organ failure .The most important point in emergency trauma surgery is to perform early diagnosis and timely management of the acute traumatic coagulopathy ,which is also crucial to reduce the death rate of trauma . This paper reviews from the aspects of epidemiological data , pathophysiological mecha-nisms and clinical treatment ,aiming to provide reference for clinical work .
